TORTOISE (Islamic Scholars Interpretation)

Seeing a turtle in a dream is a sign of a woman who wears perfume and adorns herself and presents her height and stature to men. The turtle points to the head of judges and prosecutors. Because the turtle is the most knowledgeable and the least eater of the animals in the sea. Some of the commentators say that he is a scholar. Therefore, if one sees in a dream that a turtle is served in the city or village it is in, the knowledgeable people in that place are held in high esteem. If he sees turtles in garbage dumps and bad places, the power and value of the people of knowledge will be low among the ignorant people there. Eating the meat of a turtle in a dream is interpreted as wealth or knowledge from the sciences of the prophets. Some commentators say that if a person eats the meat of a turtle, he will receive charity, blessings, benefits and property. Anyone who sees a turtle in his dream, or owns it, or brings it into his house, will be saved from doubt and danger because of a scholar who is well-versed in ancient sciences. Some

commentators say that a turtle seen in a dream is interpreted as cheating, researching news, hiding and repairing weapons.
