Seeing yourself caressing your spouse and enjoying it in your dream signifies that you love him/her, but if he/she does not enjoy it, there will be coldness between them.
Whoever sees himself caressing a woman who is not halal for him will have done something bad and disgusting.
Whoever sees himself caressing a man he loves will experience it. Feeling lust by caressing someone in your dream is a sign that your wish will come true. According to Ibn Sirin(R.A.) and some other commentators; Caressing with the hand indicates that the person being caressed will receive goodness and benefit from the person who caressed him.
