TO AVOID BEING CUNUP IN SLEEP (Tiflisi Interpretation)

Falahu's-Sail that; "If you are afraid of ejaculating while sleeping, say the following before going to sleep:

اَللّهُمَّ اِنّي اَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الإحْتِلامِ وَ مِنْ شَرِّ الأحْلامِ وَ مِنْ أنْ يَتَلاعَبَ بِىَ الشَّيْطانُ في الْيَقْظَةِ وَ الْمَنامِ

Allahumme innî e'ûzu bike minel ihtilâm ve min şerril ahlâm ve min en yetelâ'abe biye'ş satanu fil yeqzati vel menâm.

[O Allah, I seek refuge in you from becoming insane (in sleep), from the evil of confused dreams, and from the devil playing with me while asleep and awake.]

Maaric and Kadir also prevents ejaculation during sleep.
