Seeing a thief in a dream means illness and trouble. If the thief he sees is black, it is disease, if it is red, it is in the blood, if it is yellow, it is bile, if it is white, it is phlegm. If someone sees a thief carrying something, the disease is attributed to the substance of the thing that the thief took. If the thief does not carry anything, that person will fall into a disease. And he gets rid of it quickly.
