Anger is a disaster for humans. For this reason, seeing one's swallowing one's anger in a dream: "Those who swallow their anger are the ones who forgive people for their faults." (Al-i Imran, 134) indicates that that person is praised well and does goodness and kindness to everyone. Swallowing one's anger in a dream is a sign of strength in religion, piety and fear of Allah. In the hadith: "The real wrestler is It is said that it is not the one who defeats people, but the one who holds back his anger and wrath.
