Seeing a banner in one's dream signifies honor, dignity, position and rank. Again, seeing a standard signifies a scholar, imam, ascetic, intelligent, brave, rich, generous and famous person. His Holiness Cafer-i Sâdık said: Seeing a banner in a dream is interpreted with four aspects: a) Honor, b) Journey, c) High rank d) Good conduct. So it's nice. Nablusî (rh.a) said: If a woman sees herself burying three banners in a dream, that woman will marry three honorable people of the people respectively. When they die, he is left behind. Seeing a banner in a dream is a sign of kings, judges, emirs and scholars. Seeing a banner on a house in a dream indicates that someone from that house will die. Seeing a banner in a dream signifies marriage for a single person, a child for a pregnant woman, and relief from debt for a debtor. Seeing many banners is a sign of winds and rains. If a person sees himself being given the name sanjak in a dream, it indicates being remembered with a good name, knowledge, the right path and sultanate. If a person sees himself carrying a big banner in a dream, it means that he will marry a woman. If that banner is red, she is a bad woman. If it is white, that woman is a clean and righteous woman from a good family. If it is black, that woman is unlucky. Again, if a person sees that a banner is made for him in a dream, if he is qualified to carry the banner, it means that he will do a good service. If he is not competent, it indicates that he will find fame.
