İbn-i Sirîn: Seeing snow; It is a sign of sadness, distress and torment. Seeing snow or a place that never lacks snow in the winter season is a sign of sadness and trouble for the people of that region. It is attributed to the defeated army. Seeing snow in hot weather means sadness, distress and famine.
