PROMISE (Islamic Scholars Interpretation)

In a dream, one person promises something to another person, which means that the person making the promise owes the promised person as much as the promised thing. If he fulfills his promise in the dream, it is interpreted as a person having faith and a good belief.

Seeing water in the dream is interpreted as a pleasant life and a good sustenance. When a person sees water in his/her house in a dream, it is interpreted as happiness, wealth, much good deeds and marriage if he/she is single. When water is seen as very clean, it is interpreted as cheapness and abundance of prices and sustenance and the spread of justice. If a person sees himself being given water in a glass, it is interpreted as a child. Anyone who sees himself drinking the pure water in the glass will attain good things from his children and wife. Because glass is one of the gems of women. The water inside it is the child in the womb.

Anyone who sees himself drinking hot water will be hit by severe sadness. Anyone who sees himself jumping into a pure water quickly becomes happy. Anyone who sees himself asking for water will gossip among people by lying. Water without a stream is interpreted as imprisonment. Brackish water is interpreted as a bitter livelihood.

Salty water means trouble in making a living. Turbid and stinky water is forbidden goods.

Yellow water is a disease. If turbid water flows to any part of the dreamer or a person drinks it, it means that the drinker and the dreamer will drink.

It is interpreted that they will catch a disease. Some commentators said that turbid water is a cruel

statesman. A person who sees himself taking a bath in muddy water and coming out of it in his dream will be saved if he is in trouble, if he is sick, Allah (C.C.) will grant him healing, and if he is imprisoned, he will be saved -after the water is cleansed. Salty

water means grief.

Removing black water from a well in a dream is interpreted as an unprofessional woman whom the dreamer will marry. If the person who sees himself walking on water in the sea or river has a word interpreted as piety and wisdom, it is interpreted as his strong faith. If he does not say such words, it is interpreted that the person is confident about something he doubts and doubts. A person who sees himself falling into a deep water in his dream, diving into it and not being able to reach its depth, attains a lot of worldly wealth and becomes rich with it. A person who sees himself looking at a pure and clear water in his dream and seeing his face beautifully there will do good for his family, neighbors and friends. Anyone who sees himself pouring water into a container gives alimony to a woman. If he pours water into a place that is not used by him, he will lose property in proportion to the amount of water he spilled. If a person sees in a dream that water has come too much in a city or a village and that it has entered the houses by trespassing its limits and that the household is about to drown, there will be strife and conflict in that city and village and evil people will be destroyed. Fresh water is interpreted as halal sustenance, the beauty of the heart and knowledge, and life again for a patient who is approaching death. Sometimes water is interpreted as a wife for a single man and a husband for a single girl. Irrigating a garden or a field in a dream is interpreted as the dreamer having sexual relations with his/her spouse. Seeing hot water signifies illness and sadness. Seeing her carrying water with her skirt signifies lack of wealth and worldly affairs. The spouse of the person who sees himself filling a bottle with water and drinking from that water will become pregnant. If the dreamer is not married, he will get married and his sustenance will increase. Anyone who sees himself giving water to someone free of charge does a good deed. According to a rumor, he gets a building built somewhere.

He who sees himself drinking water with a metal container in his hand falls into trouble and torment. Wherever it is, abundance of water is a good sign. The lack of water is also a sign of prosperity for the people. Seeing water pouring on a place

indicates prosperity and abundance in that place.

Seeing that there is pure and clear water in your home, in any way, indicates a good and happy life, ample sustenance; seeing muddy water is evidence of loss,

difficulty making a living.

He who sees himself in water is dealing with a difficult job. The one who sees that he entered the water with his clothes

but his clothes got wet has good religious strength, his health is good and

all his affairs are in order.

The one who sees that he is pouring water into his house or orchard will get married, and the one who sees that water is splashed on him/her will attain goodness and benefit. If it is cloudy and smells bad, the interpretation is contrary.

According to some commentators; He who looks at the water and sees himself in it does goodness and generosity to his home.

He who sees the water spilling on the ground spends his wealth. Seeing water flowing under the bridge or arch means that the people themselves
