Seeing one of the first Muslims in a city or a place in a dream means that if the people of that city or that place are in distress, famine and fear, they will be saved from these. Seeing some of the righteous dead people alive in a city is interpreted as the people of that city gaining cheapness and abundance and getting rid of poverty.
