Seeing that your neck is weak and thin; on the contrary…

Seeing that a snake is wrapped around your neck; is a sign that you do not pay the zakat of your property. "Those who are stingy with what Allah has given them from His bounty(not spending) should not think that it is good for them; on the contrary, it is very bad for them.
