MUSHAF-I SHERIF (Nablusi Interpretation)

Seeing the Mushaf Sharif in a dream is interpreted as the knowledge and wisdom that a person will attain. If a person sees himself reading the Mushaf in the presence of the Holy Prophet in a dream, it indicates knowledge, wisdom, memorizing the Holy Quran and high ranks. Seeing yourself buying a mushaf in your dream signifies wealth, sustenance, abundance, knowledge and wisdom. Cafer-i Sâdık (r.a) said: Seeing the Mushaf Sharif in a dream is interpreted with seven aspects: a) Knowledge, b) Wisdom, c) Inheritance, d) Trust, e) Halal sustenance, f) Judgment, g) Power... If a scholar sees himself writing the Mushaf in a dream, it indicates that he will make profit in his trade and that his knowledge will increase. Seeing a head of state licking the Mushaf Sharif with his tongue or seeing someone else licking it in a dream is an omen of his death. If a judge sees himself licking the Qur'an in a dream, it means bribery. If a commoner sees himself licking the leaves and lines of the Qur'an in a dream, it indicates that he will make a living by reading the Quran. Mushaf dreams also signify people who are obeyed, such as vineyards, gardens, husbands and wives, fathers, teachers and trainers. Seeing a Mushaf is a sign of a correct oath. Seeing yourself stealing a mushaf from somewhere and hiding it in your dream indicates stealing during prayer and performing prayer without complying with the rules and etiquette of prayer.
