If a person sees himself reciting Surah al-Isra, or a part of it, or a verse in a dream, it indicates acceptance in the eyes of Allah Almighty, respect among the people, high ranks, and victory over the enemy. Ibn Sirin said: Seeing yourself reciting the Surah Al-Isra or a part of it in your dream signifies exalted ranks, being adorned with awe and peace, and being remembered with goodness in the eyes of people.
