INTERPRETATION OF FORGOTTEN DREAM (Tiflisi Interpretation)

Imam Cafer Sadık (a.s): If you have seen a dream and forgotten what this dream was, if you want to know what you saw and what its interpretation is, look at how many letters your name consists of and reduce it by nine. Keep in mind what the remaining amount is and compare it to this example. For example:

9-If there are nine letters left, you have seen the cities and this is a sign of corruption. "There were nine people in the city who were causing mischief on the earth and were not at all disposed to order."[17]

8-If there were eight left, you had seen a journey or marriage. "His father said to Moses: If you serve me for eight years, I want to give you one of my two daughters in return."[18]

7-If there are seven left, it is a sign of a place to live or a shop. "In my dream, seven weak cows were eating seven fat cows."[19]

6-If there are six left, if the dreamer is a righteous and chaste person, he sees the angels and the righteous. He saw people in his dreams and it is a sign that he will reach perfection in his profession. "He is such a god that he created the heavens and the earth in six days and then dominated the throne."[20]

5-4: If there are five or four left, he has seen horses and weapons. "There, in exactly four days, all are equal for those who ask."[21]

3-If there are three left, he will reveal his secret to someone. "Three people do not talk secretly, unless it is the fourth."[22] "Your sign is that you do not talk to people for three days, except by signaling."[23]

2-If there are two left, it indicates that you will meet someone and that it will provide them with worldly and otherworldly benefits. "He was the second of two people, and they were both in the cave."[24] The meaning of this is that the person who sees the dream will be safe from what he fears and will get what he hopes for. If he stayed, he saw a great personality or a ruler.
