Seeing an enemy in a dream signifies that the dreamer has a high opinion of those who are stubborn and against him, that he is approved by Allah (C.C.) and that he will prevail over his enemies. If a person sees that someone is hostile towards him in a dream, he becomes friends with that person. If his enemy promises him something good, that person will receive evil from his enemy.
Whoever sees that he is giving advice to his enemy, his enemy will betray him.
He who sees that he has captured his enemy in the dream will be hit by severe grief. If a person sees that he is left hostage next to his enemy in the dream, "everything is a hostage in return for his gain." According to the verse above, that person acquires some sins and is held hostage for them.
