DIVER (Nablusi Interpretation)

Sometimes this dream is a sign of seeking knowledge from a scholar or asking for goods from a merchant. In the dream, he achieves his desires and ambitions by the amount of pearls he obtains from the sea. Again, seeing a diver in a dream indicates a person who engages in difficult work recklessly. Sometimes seeing a diver is a sign of a great scholar who follows the path of the mentors, is aware of the subtleties of the words spoken by the scholars, and is the leader of the people. Again, seeing a diver, although useless, is a sign of a man who risks his life and everything to serve the sultan. Hazrat Ibn Sirin said: Seeing yourself diving into the sea and pulling out a pearl in your dream signifies wealth or knowledge and skill that will come from the head of state or his representatives. Cabirü'l-Mağribî also said: Seeing yourself diving into the sea in your dream and not being able to pull anything out indicates failure in studying science and the Quran. He who sees himself diving into the sea and pulling out a big pearl will achieve his wish.
