If a person sees Prophet David (a.s.) in a dream, it is interpreted as power and sovereignty, and that person will achieve his wish. Again, seeing David (a.s.) in a dream signifies piety and acceptance in the sight of Allah. Again, seeing David (a.s.) signifies weapons and tools made of iron. Because Prophet David used to turn iron into candle with his hand. If the person who sees this dream is a blacksmith, he will benefit greatly from his art and his livelihood will be ample. Sometimes seeing it is a sign of moving to a position. Again, seeing him in a dream indicates being tested with women and violence that will be committed by women. If a person sees David (a.s.) in a dream, it means being a governor, the head of the city or a judge, if he is qualified for that job. If a cruel person sees Prophet David angry in his dream, it indicates a disaster that will be sent to him by Allah Almighty. If a righteous person sees Prophet David in a dream, it signifies good news of increased good deeds, weeping a lot for Allah and feeling awe. Sometimes, seeing him is a sign of reading the Holy Quran, dhikr and glorification, the pleasure and joy that will come from reading, cleansing from sins and evil, and repenting to Allah Almighty and having his repentance accepted. Because David (a.s.) used to recite the Psalms a lot and sear the hearts of believers with his beautiful voice.
