Seeing a person reciting an incantation in a dream, if he remembers Allah Almighty in the incantation he recites, indicates a person who consoles the people from the sadness and grief that afflicts them and calms the grudges in their hearts. If he does not mention Allah Almighty in his incantation, it indicates a person who speaks empty words.
