Seeing a boy in a dream signifies trouble. Anyone who sees herself giving birth to a son in her dream will fall into sadness and grief or will catch a disease. Because a son usually brings more burden to the family, both materially and spiritually.
If a girl sees that she has given birth, -since there is relief in the girl- that person will attain relief and joy and get rid of grief.
